Seedy family squat, with peeling plaster and rotten floors. No inside toilet of course nor much resemblance of a kitchen but the pub down the roads serves excellent food. Otherwise there’s not much wrong with the property. Two Bedrooms (perhaps 3) opposite area's proposed premier residential redevelopment and just 50m from park with expansive City and Bridge to Bridge views!
